  1. Ha emily, I thought you said EXCEPT for the molten lava cake. And I was feeling all sorry for my molten lava cakes because the picture I took is kinda ugly. Ok here are the recipes

    Whole Grain Banana Walnut Pancakes
    1½ cups whole wheat flour
    3½ teaspoons baking powder
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 Tablespoon white sugar
    2 ripe bananas
    1¼ cups milk
    1 egg
    4 tablespoons butter, melted
    ½ cup chopped walnuts
Sift dry ingredients, mix in the wet ingredients, then butter your pan, pour in the batter and sprinkle on the walnuts

    Vanilla-Lemon Syrup

3/4 cups packed dark brown sugar

    3/4 cups water

    11/2 Tablespoon unsalted butter

    pinch salt

    1/2 Tablespoon fresh lemon juice

    1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

Combine brown sugar, water, butter, and salt in a 2-quart heavy saucepan and bring to a oil, stirring until sugar is dissolved. Boil until syrupy and reduced to about 1 1/2 cups, about 12-15 minutes (really let it go this long, I took it off a little early and mine was pretty soupy. Delicious, but soupy.) Remove from heat and stir in lemon juice and vanilla, then let cool to warm or room temperature.

    Here’s the biscuit recipe

    And the bread recipe:

The smoothies are really easy…just combine 2 frozen bananas, a tablespoon of cocoa powder and 2 tablespoons peanut butter and 1/2-1 Cup milk and blend

The falafel comes from a mix, I make tzaziki with
    1/2 Cup sour cream/Greek Yogurt
    1 Tablespoon Tahini
    1 Teaspoon Dill
    2 cloves Garlic, crushed
    1 Tablespoon Lemon juice

And I’ve made molten lava cakes using a couple different recipes, but my favorite is:

    Thanks guys!
